Embrace Spring Renewal: Insights for Your Mental Wellbeing ✨

💙 for The Blues

Hi Reader,

I hope this finds you snuggled up and cozy! As I’m writing this, I’m actually wrapped in a blanket outside, soaking in the night’s calm at 10pm. The crisp air and calm energy of post-sunset Atlanta has been my companion since dusk, and guess what? I just spotted a cute bunny hopping around and couldn’t resist capturing the moment on video!

Fact about me: I video record pretty much any animal I see. 😆

On to the purpose of this letter: I wanted to invite you to learn about something that’s been on my mind – finding peace and brightness as we navigate the shift from winter to spring. How do we actively shift our energetic state along with the season?

For a fresh lens I got Adrienne, a friend of mine (since sophomore year of high school!) to help me with this. She infused her knowledge and tips into Chronic Care Co.’s latest blog post, “Unveiling Spring’s Light: Beyond the Winter Blues.”

It’s all about how the winter blues can extend beyond the duration their seasonal name suggests and empowering you to take ownership of your mental health. There’s a handy PDF guide, "11 Bright Ideas to Chase Away the Winter Blues," included to support you through this process.

I love a clear guide with realistic steps or ideas for guided action. Do you? Please reply to let me know if you want more of this. A simple 'yes' or 'no' is very useful and appreciated because I take your preferences to heart and only want to offer resources you find useful and love.

Settle in for some good, intentional bedtime phone time with this read then let go of the tech for tonight. There's always tomorrow!

Upcoming Classes

Also, a little reminder to mark your calendars for our next Storytime Restorative dates: April 3rd, May 1st, and June 5th. April’s session is going to be a special one focused on Parvati and her beautiful journey of devotion and love. A goddess whose myth once made me cringe but now warms my heart. Perspective changes everything.

Register for one of these sessions.

If you want to attend a retreat that stands out from the rest and is qualified to support your mental health... one that includes all costs in the upfront investment, values meaningful connection through shared spaces more than the isolation of private spaces and doesn't have you wasting days off on travel or tucker you out from running all around the city, Solstice Enchantments is for you.

Learn more about our retreat and the enriching sessions Adrienne’s leading.

P.S. You deserve joyful low quality bunny videos. I've tried to add it but it's not working and I'm accepting that. Maybe I'll share it on social media soon!

With warmth, care, and cute bunnies,
